Terms and Conditions – King Of The Multi – Sports & Racing Multi Betting Competitions

King Of The Multi ABN 89 496 493 014 ("KOTM," "Promoter," "we," "us," or "our") operates the KOTM website and social media platform, offering memberships subject to these terms and conditions.

To be eligible for a KOTM membership or to participate in a competition, you must be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older.

KOTM membership is governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the KOTM website and social media platform. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between KOTM and each of its members. By registering for a KOTM membership, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Competition Entry Eligibility

Entry into our competitions is open exclusively to Valid Members during the specified month, as indicated on the banner at the top of our homepage. Entries submitted before or after the designated entry period will not be considered for the promotional competition. The Promoter is not liable for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to have their first name, initial of last name, and city of origin released on a social media post announcing the winner. This will be shared on our official social media platforms.

Membership Duration and Access

Each membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase or until the start of the next month's competition, whichever is sooner. Memberships do not automatically renew; members must manually purchase a new membership each month to continue access.

Upon purchasing a membership, a monthly password will be emailed to the member at the bottom of the order confirmation email, granting access to the password protected "Members Only" section on the KOTM website. The password is reset each month, thereby concluding all memberships.

Membership Benefits

A King Of The Multi membership provides exclusive access to the KOTM website, including:

  • Members-Only Gallery: Showcases winning multi-bet slips from previous weeks, offering insights into betting strategies.
  • Eligibility to Win the Members-Only Cash Fund.

Membership and Competition Entry

Only KOTM members are eligible to enter our competitions. To purchase a membership, follow the links on our website and complete the payment of AUD $5.00. You may upload a winning bet slip during this process to enter the current monthly competition.

Multiple Memberships

Members may purchase multiple memberships during a competition period. Each additional membership allows the submission of an extra multi-bet slip, but it does not extend the membership duration beyond the existing expiration date.

Determining the Winner

The winner of the monthly cash prize is determined by the "Multi" with the highest odds value. The stake amount and total money won are not considered in deciding the winner of the "Members-Only Cash Fund."

Administrative and Processing Fees

These fees are deducted from the KOTM membership fund and will not affect the final prize payout.

Membership Expiration and Renewal

KOTM memberships last only for the duration of the current competition. Memberships do not automatically renew, and participants must repurchase a membership each month to continue access.

Competition Entry Requirements

To enter a Sports & Racing Multi Betting Competition, you must first place and successfully win a "Multi" bet with at least 2 or more legs via any licensed Australian bookmaker.

Valid Bet Types Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • AFL, NRL, NBA, NFL
  • Horse racing, greyhounds, and trots
  • Any other market offered by a licensed Australian bookmaker

Bet Slip Submission & Verification

  • A clear screen capture and screen recording of the winning bet slip must be uploaded to our website for competition entry.
  • KOTM reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any submitted bet slip. If required, KOTM may request additional evidence, such as a timestamped transaction history or confirmation from the bookmaker.
  • Suspected fraudulent, copied, or counterfeit bet slips will be voided and disqualified.

Judging & Prize Distribution

Tie-Breaking Rule

If multiple entries have identical odds values, the total prize will be split equally among all qualifying entrants.

Entry Period & Prize Accumulation

  • The entry period begins at 12:00 AM AEST on the first day of each month and ends at 12:00 AM AEST on the last day of the month.
  • If no valid winning bet slip is submitted within the month, the prize fund will carry over to the next month until a qualifying winner is determined.

Winner Notification

  • The winner will be determined between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM AEST on the first day of the following month on social media pages.
  • Notifications will be sent via email and announced on social media by 11:00 PM AEST on the first day of the month.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Memberships are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you support the KOTM brand.
  • There are no refunds for mid-month cancellations or failure to complete the cancellation process before the next payment is due.

Third-Party Promotions & Data Responsibility

Promotional competitions may be advertised on third-party platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. By entering, participants agree to adhere to both KOTM's terms and conditions and the policies of these platforms.

Data Responsibility:

While KOTM collects and stores user data for competition purposes, we do not share or sell personal data to third-party platforms. KOTM remains responsible for safeguarding user information.

Liability & Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

We do not waive rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). However, KOTM and its partners are not liable for losses or damages arising from:

  • Technical issues preventing site access
  • Late or lost entries due to user error
  • Unauthorized account use

Any claims regarding refunds or disputes will be handled in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Western Australian law.
